Draft of a cider factory on the Thuringia cycle path

“Craft, trade and living - under one roof”, this is the original way of life of the farmers, which are reflected in the spatial program through interlocking usage areas.
The folded roof evenly covers the entire building and also harmoniously integrates the cider factory  into the landscape.
The wooden frame construction includes a fully functioning apple cider factory, which is free for tourists to access. The main part of the building offers regional gastronomic options. The northern wing contains the ciderfactory, and the eastern wing offers accomodation and recreational facilities.
